Look who crawled out of her coffin
Correct me if I'm wrong about this one but really interesting thing I noticed about Tell Your Tale is that it is confirmed to get slovak dub but not a czech one? This is super interesting to me and something I've seen for the 1st time. You see, us slovaks and czechs are pretty much all bilingual in the two languages because they're so similar and because we've always had close knit relationship, being one single country in the past too, however, compared to czechs, we've always been the smaller bunch of the two so very often what'd happen is that many tv shows, especially those targeted at kids, would never or very late in the run, get slovak dub cuz...well we can understand czech just fine gfjuy.
Also, the movie itself didn't have a lot of promotion here ( gotta wonder whether the kids here were confused where these ponies are coming from ghjkm ), I've seen some slovak dubs on youtube but I'm...not entirely sure whether the full lenght movie can be watched in slovak I'd need to check Netfix again, as I said...not very promoted. So Tell Your Tale being in slovak first and foremost...very interesting. And not that I'm complaining because I've seen the movie in czech too and the dub is god awful.
Apologies for going on a rant it's just very very unusual thing to happen!
As for the webepisodes themselves, imo, they're alrighty, little too fast paced for my liking but what can ya do with 5 min runtime? I still adore most characters, Pipp as always remains my favorite, the only qualm I have is that Zipp there is written how I was afraid she'd be written for the movie, very grumpy and sarcastic, she's pretty unlikeable compared to her movie self.
