Ok, so maybe not technically in the wild per se, but someone in my city was selling a customized pony on facebook marketplace for remarkably cheap and, though the theater/roses theme is not really my jam, I could not resist such an unusual opportunity!

She needs a little tlc, and definitely some hairstyling. I would love suggestions on what to do with her hair - the plugs in her mane are a little thin, but that tail is thicc. Also any ideas on what could be causing that odd grey discoloration at the base of the tail?

I really like her! Ringlet curls for sure!!! Maybe a little up-do with tiny curls around the face!! (Sorry, I'm a huge Phantom of the Opera fan). I wander if it's rusty in the tail or a shadow of the zip ties in there. Never seen that before. Great score though!!

Oo... an up do with it twisted around pins and then corkscrew curls dangling. She's a great find.

It made me think of Phantom of the Opera too :D Do you have a favorite version?

And I agree she’d look even prettier with curls:satisfied:

I love the original score with ALW and Brightman. I actually like the movie released a few years ago, it was well done. I saw it performed but not the original cast. The music is special to me.

Cool, the movie is my favorite one cause it’s what I saw first I’ve heard a lot of people don’t like it though. Have you ever seen the delete song from it?)
But I also saw the 25th anniversary show (not in person though that would’ve been awesome) and it was soo good!

She's very pretty. Madame Rosa the Victorian Poison Assassin. :ponylove:

Ooh, I love that! She is Madame Rosa to me now. ^_^

She definitely does have Phantom of the Opera vibes! I was also thinking an updo would suit her - definitely need to brush up (no pun intended) on my pony styling skills and find some tutorials.

I was lucky enough to see it live by professional companies 3 times! The first time was in an enormous theatre in Los Angeles and it was epic. I’ve also gotten to see cats and jcs live.

fun fact, Tim Rice did the lyrics with ALW for phantom, jcs, and j and td, he also did the lyrics with Disney for the little mermaid, alladin, and beauty and the beast before he passed away.

LOL! It sounds like we could get along pretty well. I have only seen it once in Atlanta, GA but it was at an amazing theatre and was amazing. Long story but I actually had tickets for Phantom on a Broadway show in 1998 but after I bought them I traded them with someone who wanted to see it more than I did, I ended up going on an AMAZING date with a guy and saw Jeckle & Hyde on Broadway instead (good trade). Also saw Les Mis while I was there too. Saw JCS here at home.
{I just used the word amazing like 15 times, sorry}

It's ok. I was thinking "amazing" way more often than I wrote it. The first time I saw phantom was 1990. My parents had tapes of the original cast of phantom and jcs that we listened to on rode trips, so I knew the music and lyrics by heart long before seeing either live. I love music.

Wow! That’s really cool! I love plays/musicals but rarely get to see them in person.
Really? I knew he did all those Disney ones but I had no idea he wrote for Phantom too :D

Wow, what a gorgeous girl! I absolutely adore her! She's so pretty! Did you buy it direct from the artist or was it from a collector? Is she signed?

I think the person I bought it from made it? Only because I bought some other things from her that were also handmade. It's not signed.
