Anything Goes Pony Thread II

So, my son runs a collectibles store and I am always telling him that the things I buy for it he doesn’t have to pay me for. It is a running joke that he gives me store credit in exchange.

Today I used up all my store credit to “buy” these ponies from him. He found this giant basket of ponies at the flea market and he paid $6. Lol! I happily used up all my store credit for them, and he said that was a good deal, since there’s probably $60 in that make-believe bucket. Lol!

Upon counting, there are 9 fakies, 19 Gen 3s, and one Gen 2. Some are bait, mostly due to hair cuts. The others need their hair brushed and flat ironed. But I don’t care. That was the sweetest thing ever. His fiancée insists upon referring to me as his step mother. But actually he is my son. He hasn’t ever made me feel that ‘step’ like the others have. I hope he feels the same.
