april showers! my first real mlp custom! real as in it had hair at some point. in glorious Hi-Def chromebook pictures!
i made the lighting WAY too strong and the cast shadows are crazy lol. look at the third one it looks like a kanye album cover!!! hopefully i'm going to get my hands on a quality camera soon so i can show you all what he really looks like.
*technically* he's not finished yet; his design has a blue collar and a bell. i haven't gotten around to buying blue ribbon yet and there's no way i'm buying a pack on 100 jingle bells, i'm just gonna harvest it from a christmas decoration or something come december lol.
he's made out of a g3 strawberry surprise. if you notice the slight indent in the neck and forehead, i got bored pulling her hair out and just cut out the scalp LOL it dosent look too bad though. for some reason my paint got really clumpy on the one ear and the base of the one horn
i don't know why that happened... i paint on polymer clay pretty often and it's never done this. the matte coat also like... didn't stick there for some reason? i'm going to try putting a bit more on but it's shiny right now. his nose is painted you just can't see it at any of these angles.
