I have seem to have bad luck the last few months with my heath, stuff stolen from me. My job is stressful but the worst thing was four days after Halloween my 6 year old cat named Jazz ran out of my house when I let my Great Dan Diesel out to go to the bathroom. He was missing for a month.

My friend and her husband and son adopted a adorable kitten name Izzy for me on Wedsday for Christmas. I suffer from anxiety and my animals are a big big help in comforting me.

Some other friend came over Friday Dec 13 to see her. As they were about to leave we heard crying at my side door. We all jumped up and ran to the door. My cat Jazz comes running over to me to be picked up. We all started balling are eyes out.

He is skinny but seems ok other then that. I am slowly feeding him through the day small meals so he want be sick. I may be taking him to the vet for a check up on Tuesday. I just want to give him a few days to eat and rest and adjust to the new kitten.

My Dane Diesel was so happy he ran to him and started licking him. All three animals are getting along well. I already warned my family about I am NOT TAKING MY IZZY back to the shelter. She will have a wonderful home with me till she passes.

So its good to post some happy ever after tales.

YAYS! Oh, I'm so happy your Jazz made it back home. What an adventure he must have had. I'm sure he and Izzy will become great friends and both be a continued source of happiness for you.

HAPPY DANCE TIME!

That is a wonderful Holiday sentiment, is for something you've worried about for so long to just pop up and let you know it's still okay. :smilepony:

I've never really thought about pets relieving anxiety. Pretty much me, mom and my grandma are all sacks of stress/worry/anxiety. My mom breeds purebred cats, so maybe she knows something that I don't about pets relieving anxiety.

I'm so glad Jazz came home! I'm happy all of your animals have such a loving place to call their own. Congratulations!
