I've checked ebay sold listings for various accessories that go to the Slumber Party Pack, but does anyone have a good estimate of what I should ask for this following group:

Popcorn (complete)
TV
Milk
Record player (with needle)
Record (no sleeve)
Phone and receiver

Does $40 + shipping seem to high...? Too low...? HALP!

In euc I wouldn't say $40 is too high. Those can be hard pieces to find and prices are still up. Gingerbread might be your best bet, though.

I’ve only recently started to look at accessories (mainly for my Big Brothers and Princesses) so I wouldn’t of been much help. I do know that the stickers for the playset are sought after (I’m still looking for the stickers for the party playset).

I know. I’ve never cared for them until I started to get to the end of sets. The brother accessories are going to kill me. Luckily I do already have some.
