Canterlot castle with elevator

Few years ago I had bought a Canterlot castle with elevator because I was very interested in Celestia included but now I need space and I'd like to sell it.
Condition is that castle is still mint I've just pulled out the Princess. I admit that I was tempted sometimes to build the castle but is too big, only for this reason is still mint.
However now I'd like sell the toy and also that Celestia,is it a rare item worthy to being sold online or is better that I bring it to the flea market?

You will probably get more money for it if you sell the set online to a collector, but it’s not by any mean rare.
G4 is the latest iteration of MLP so it’s toys and playsets are fairly easy and in abundance to get a hold of. Short a very few international ponies that are harder to get here in North America.
