Hi please can someone help Iv been gifted a lot of g1 mlp one of the things that caught my attention was the cascade waterfall I have it as the towel and bubbles missing other than that it's in the box with instructions I'm looking to sell but finding a fair seems to be impossible they appear to be hard to find
Any help would be appreciated
Thankyou

Oo. Vhtf especially in the U.S. I'm interested to see what numbers are suggested. I don't collect the players myself, but this is the one I would consider. I don't want to give you a bad quote, though. @bluerose9978 any input?

One sold on eBay, incomplete, no ponies, on eBay recently for $65 USD. Without the box. If you're going to auction it you could start there and see where it goes. Or I'd, personally, ask for $100 if the box is in decent condition. Maybe be open to offers. You can always list it here first, too. The sales in the U.S. and prices may go down if we don't get another stimulus check. I know many that need it for food and bills. Good luck!

Thankyou I'm based in the UK the box is a little battered but considering its age I'm surprised its lasted I'm thinking of listing on ebay but if anyone would be interested on here I'd happy speak to you via email although I do think shipping to the USA would be expensive I'd happily jump on a plane and come visit family and pop it in my suitcase in an ideal world :)

Just looked it up on Google, at any rate. Beautiful set piece, especially for photos :)

Cascade is with it! Don let that go cheap. The pony alone is htf. I didn't know you had her, too. Cascade alone went for $68 just a few days ago with 26 bids.

Agreed, I'm pretty new to G1 collecting but it feels like you could go a little higher. Go lower if you don't have any offers after a week or two.

There's no reason for me posting this, I just found it and thought it was neat :winkpony:

I so wanted the waterfall when I was a kid. though I never really see it pop up. My parents told me there was a recall on it because it rusted easily? Anyhow I once saw part of it for sale but it didnt seem the same.

She got it all most complete. It's beautiful!

The UK waterfall I have seen being sold on a European site for about 58 euros, incomplete and no ponies this month. I also found this on Etsy.

That Etsy set is grossly overpriced. Especially because it’s damaged and not complete nor does the seller know of it works or not. :lolpony:

I agree with the others, being that you have a complete set you can easily get $100+ for it. In fact right now I would not be surprised to see bids go a lot higher. A current trend I’ve noticed is people doing “live auctions” on Facebook so there’s that option for you as well. Just make a post with photos in one of the Fb groups and let them know day/time of auction and you’d be surprised.

I just saw this thread and am late to this. I'm not sure why I didn't get that alert? Anyway, the problem with eBay, FB, and Etsy is that asking prices are so inflated right now it's so hard to determine a fair price for things. Asking around and looking around for completed listings that are similar is your best option to get a good estimate. But as others said, I think it'll go for easily over $100.

Oooh! I wish I'd seen this in time to bid! That was my favourite playset when I was a kid, one of the few things we got in England before my family moved back to Canada, and everyone I knew was jealous of the green base!

Ah well, next time. I'm sure whoever did get it will treasure it, too!
