Chat registration

I am having a heck of a time trying to register my name, I've looked on all the threads prior to posting this, but this is a last resort. I did the steps...but how do you know when your name is actually registered? :roll: I'm confused...can someone walk me through this personally?

Hmmm...well I pmed a mod, so I'll see what goes on, I didn't see anything in the blue except for a bunch of different stuff...does anyone go in the chat anyway?
