Childhood Fakie Rescue and Advice?

My exterminator recommended complete destruction of all items in our attic due to rodents :(
He doesn't know what he's talking about, everything can be cleaned with enough patience. Anyway if that was true you'd see loads of houses being torn down because of that.

Would bleach not bleach the pony white? Also my biggest issue is, I dont have anywhere to drain the water. Im not draining bleach into the ground, or dirty water into my sink/bathtub.

Also, a good thing to point out, i actually didnt find any mouse poop anywhere in the bag or on the ponies, just what looks like urine stains? Long old stains at that. So evidently it wasnt time for no 2 lol:rofl:

The Hantavirus is not just in the mouse droppings but particles are also found in the urine, saliva and nesting material.

Again bleach is the cleaning protocol recommended by the Center for Disease Control (CDC).

As long as you dilute the bleach with plenty of water and are not dumping down the entire bottle down the sink or into the toilet you will not burst your pipes. :)

Ohhh i wasnt even considering the pipes I was just posting a warning to avoid injury, if anyone didnt know. Huh haha i didnt even think about pipes thats a good thing to remember!

My issue is I dont want to pour it down any drain in my house. Theres a lot of things clorox doesnt kill and I dont want that in my sinks, tub, or toilet. The nearest hazardous waste facility is like 2 hours away so I couldnt take the bleach water there either. This is my dilemma lol So not sure what to do. I appreciate the help tho <3 These ponies certainly aren't helping my mild germaphobia  My brain is like welp, ima die if wash them, and die if I drain the water inside. Anxiety is a horrible thing lol

It can burst your pipes? :O

You probably don't need bleach I mean last time I cleaned stuff with mice crap on it I just used soap and I didn't die.
