This will not only be a custom pony, but involve some claywork and sewing/knitting. This is for a huge Harry Potter fan and pony friend, who is also my future sister-in-law for her 16th birthday 
The pony will be simple - a paint and reroot, with just one or two colors. But here comes the hard part: the accessories must include a broom, wand, an owl, a scarf (like in the PoA movie), and a robe that actually goes over the hooves like it goes thru human arms.
