Dibble Dabble?

Is she still available in stores? Whenever I go to Wal-Mart I look at ponies, but I never see her, which is one I really want. Is she an exclusive at another store? If you have her, where did YOU find her?

There are HEAPS of Dibble Dabble, Silver Lining, Dream Blue and Rainbowberry here.
Dibble Dabble & Silver Lining have only come out in the past couple of weeks though.
