Diesel my Dog Update

Got to the vet two hours of test and talking to two doctors has yielded good news.

Except for bad arthritis in his hips and lower back he is healthy one the inside. The blood in his accident is hemarodies
And he has med for that.

The docter did say he has I forget the turn but it's like altimers in dogs. He will have to take 3 chews a day and med for his joins ever day. Possible going to get him a heating blanket if I can find one under 50 around here.

He also will be getting his back a justed every month by his vet who is a license dog chiropractor. He help D when he pulled his front leg 3 years ago.

I am so greatful for my family friends and the support of the kind people on the board.

If you have a pet of any king hug them daily you never know when the go over the rainbow bridge to wait for you.

Just love the and care for them the best you can. Thanks again every one.
 
I'm so glad they were able to help Diesel out! What good news! I was thinking about you and him earlier today and hoping desperately it went well. Give him a big smooch for me!
 
Yes I spoil my dog with a heating pad on low. My cats love the heating blanket when I decide to not use the heater. All of us may light up like Christmas trees one day. Chiropractors have saved my life so yay on that one. My little Sophie, Lou, Stinker, Cameo, Snickie, Nico, Sheba, Tubby, Bunny and Harriet are all over the rainbow bridge now. They have great friends over there and are happy. I see them in my dreams often.
 
I am working on getting the money to get him a heating blanket and one of these huge blankets at Wal-Mart that is super soft and p.warm. prob will have a yard sale or go through toys iono but I think him being warmer at night will help.

He goes back in 20 days for another check up and to see how the two new meds are doing. Also he is now going once a month to the doggie chiropractor that should help. My aunt is still paying for it. They rescue dog up in North Carolina and find them homes. They already rescued 3 in the last two months.

but thank everyone positive thinking I think will help him too.
 
Good to hear he is doing much better :) Little massage/chiropractor makes miracles to dog/humans/horses etc. :) I keep my finger crossed that you find the blanket!
 
Been sick a death in the family and two stars I love died this week. And my cat has run off.

On a positive note my dog seems to be doing good on the meds.
 
Update:

After a week on his meds and all Diesel seems to be doing a lot better. We are still no out of the woods yet but he is a lot more comfortable now.
 
My cat came back as well. Desiel even been doing some walking around outside when it's not too cold.
 
Was it Jazz who ran off? What a naughty jazz. Seems like he's done it before, hasn't he?

Yes he has 2 years ago he ran off the week before Halloween and did not come back till the middle of December. Funny thing I was so upset a friend finally took me and got me Izzy my other cat who I don't have anymore and literal the next day who shows up. Though having your cat run in the house pass food and water and a warm heater into your arms is something that is just hard to explain the emotions.
Also Izzy now lives with my aunt as I could only bring Diesel and Jazz with me to my new place aka parents house.
