Okay - I love bunnies and just saw the easter pony Lolligiggle with bunny ears and bunny symbol and everything and instantly fell in love. I found a BIN auction and immediately bought it - and then I got this message from the seller:

"This was relisted in error-no longer available-we are sold out-my apologizes!!"

I know that things happen and mistakes happen as well and I don't want to talk trash about anybody. I just really have no idea what to do in this case...
And I really wanted that pony...

Any help would be greatly appreciated...

Thanks, Lily

i have a lolligiggle i need to sell, but i wont be able to ship till next week (one arm is currently in a soft cast, cant drive)...

pm me and we can figure something out if you'd like. i'm in the US

I've had that happen to me with DVDs on Amazon. I've found something I want for cheap, get all excited then days later get the old "I'm sorry this item is no longer in stock" email from the second hand seller. It's infurating, but sometimes it really is a genuine mistake. But generally I try to avoid buying from powersellers because of that kind of thing.

I have accidentally relisted an item not knowing that I had already gotten rid of it beforehand (it was three months prior). The buyer had already paid for it and I was thinking everything was hunky-dory until I went to try to find the item to get it ready for shipping. I was absolutely DEVISTATED!!! I e-mailed the buyer right away letting him know that I couldn't find the item and I'd look more thoroughly in the morning and if I couldn't find it, that I would reimburse him 100% plus a little extra for the inconvenience. Sadly, I couldn't find it and I paid him back his money and apologized profusely. That was the first time I had EVER made a mistake like that on eBay. No feedback was exchanged and we both went on like nothing had happened. So mistakes DO happen. Most are usually honest mistakes. There are Lolligiggles out there...lots as a matter of fact...and you will find one. Just keep checking those listings. And you may even find one here. :D

Good Luck!

If you want to, you could report them to ebay as a non-selling seller. But yes, that can happen a lot with power sellers as they do list a load of stuff at once.

It's up to you what you do.
