My charity shops are always big on the fakies. Only a few time have I found ponies. This time… I finally found some G1’s! With them was two G2’s as well
The G1 Princess ponies are not in the best condition and I think their past owner much preferred G2’s and flutter ponies over G1 princesses but I think I’m just pleased to have finally found some G1 ponies. Every pony needs a home too
Being in the UK, we have here the UK variant of Princess Starburst which is Princess Amber over here. The pen marks are a shame and I don’t think I’ll be able to do much about those. I could learn to love her the way she is though. She is also here with Princess Misty
The two G2’s I have found are Cupcake and Morning Glory. Now I have a McDonald’s Morning Glory and a normal one. I really like the neon hair of Cupcake and how her name seems unfitting to her symbol. I may not like gimmicks on my ponies but I am fine with the magnet nose. I have no idea what she’s been using in her hair but it is wild! Just like how my Sun Sparkle was when I found her
And last of all, my first flutter pony, Wind Drifter! This was such a surprise after seeing the Princess ponies. I like how the tail still has some style and I know I’m going to have a lot of fun taking photos of this one. I’m not sure if I’ll make wings yet
They are currently being cleaned up
Yellow is my favourite colour and I am very pleased to have some new yellow ponies. Also, Wind Drifter has green hair. I don’t have many ponies with green hair!
EDIT:
Both my princesses were rattling so I thought I’d better open up to investigate. Princess Misty’s head popped off super easily and she was rather clean inside but two discs fell out… I did the same with Princess Amber. One disc fell out and her neck is full of glue. Something tells me her head wasn’t originally supposed to come off?
What are these? Are they from their symbols?
And was Princess Amber’s head originally one to turn?
