Me too, except Rainbow Dash for some reason lol. Pinkie pie I call Pinkie, Twilight Sparkle I call Twilight, but rainbow dash gets her full name :)
 
Can someone with the Izzy and Sunny styling ponies tell me if the tails are lower quality than the manes (Like Hasbro started doing around the middle of G4)? I've been warming up to G5 and I really love the Styling ponies we've seen (along with the singing Pipp- her face is so cute!), but I really, really hate polypropylene hair, and I imagine it's going to be a lot harder to replace their tails than it is to replace G1-G4 tails.

I don’t even know what constitutes as dumb names in this franchise anymore, I just go “That sounds like a pony name.” or “That doesn’t sound like a pony name” and call it a day.
I vote we bring back the nonsense words from G3.

The Izzy styling pony has super soft hair in her mane but the tail feels a lot dryer. I haven't compared it to any of my other ponies yet to see if the quality has improved at all, but there's definitely a difference between the mane and tail, at least on mine. (The Unicorn Charms styling Izzy, not the mega Movie Friends one that recently popped up)

Those names honestly sound like they could be G3 names anyways. Also I think every pony generation has its share of dumb names. Tootie Tails, Tipsy Tulip, Tink-a-Tink-a-Too ....Pretzel. Dumb names are tradition.

See these names don’t even sound dumb to me, except for maybe the singular “Pretzel.” Tipsy Tulip especially is cute and Tink-a-Tink-a-Too is AMAZING.
 
The first thing I thought when the G5 names came out was the game Star Stable lol. A generic first name and then a surname made up of two remotely-related words smashed together.

Just bought the new castle…you know the Royal Zip Line one? That one. My first real G5 pony (I got a plushie first). And you know what? I have a couple nitpicks but overall it’s quite good. If you’re into collecting the pony playsets I really recommend it, there’s a lot of fun details, very few yet good accessories and it holds together great! It also just looks good. Definitely gonna be displaying the G5 Pegasi on it.

Also, Twilight’s cutie mark is on a piece, I wonder if that’s plot relevant or something. It just feels random otherwise.

I really like the zip line castle, it reminds me of the g3 playsets i had as a kid, especially with the sparkly sticker of Pipp on there.

Yeah I just got her yesterday and the tail is exactly like the G4 movie reboot ponies. But also had someone on instagram say theirs wasn't like that? I'm not sure if there's a variant but I hate that her tail is like that. The mane tho? Amazing!

Also I'm loving this big set!

If anyone is interested in seeing what’s to be expected from Kimiko Glenn’s VA chops, I recommend checking out Centaur World on Netflix. She voices the main character Horse, and it’s a great musical show with a lot of heart and sweet story. This gal is really hoping we get a second season.

I'm confused about that size actually. Are they holding up the fashion style size, because I saw the other brushables standing beside G4's and they looked pretty much the same size.
