Hi all,
Very new member to this forum (and to be honest more likely to be a lurker than an active poster).
I hail from QLD Australia, pony fan that has used info in these forums to help me understand my collection.
This info community is a wonderful resource and now happy to be a part and may even be able to contribute to it.

So hi and stuff ;)

Oh and the prompt to finally join.. An unexpected few days off work thanks to a nasty flu *sniffle*.

welcome to the forum, hope you get better soon flus suck

Thanks guys! Getting better, had it for a while now as it's been a dossey!
Have already had a nosey at the marketplace. Will have to think about putting up my wanted!

Welcome to the board! I was a long time lurker who finally joined as well! It was getting too stuffy back in my shadowy corner.

So glad to have you out and about!

Thanks :)
Glad I'm not the only one!
Has helped me so much in the past, time to join in on the fun :)

Greetings and hello's! I am Michelle Lysyk from Calgary, Canada! Sweet avatar! Enjoy the forum!

Welcome to the TP! Glad to hear your flu is going away. It's taking down my coworkers by storm. Happy pony hunting!

Thanks guys for being so welcoming.
Have to say this place seems so nice.

Also the platform is very mobile friendly!

Pony hugs from Down Under here too! I'm a Melbournian hehe  Boy am I glad there's another Aussie out there! I'm curious, how do you obtain your ponies? I haven't seen any op-shopping down here in Victoria~! (Perhaps it's a bit different up there in QLD?) I have to rely solely on eBay and Etsy!

I have found ponies in some really weird places ( and by weird I don't mean... like.... Bodily!. Like oops found a pony in my armpit)..
Art galleries, markets, garage sales and op shops. eBay and etsy although I have been selling off a big chunk of my collection :( had to let some awesome ponies go.
Been waiting to have an awesome find (like a mimic in an op shop!)
Unfortunately not yet. And also (unfortunately) I am parrot obsessed, Being a native wildlife Carer..just so happens the one G1 pony with a parrot cutie is also out of my price range!!

Ahaha that was my laughter pill for today :') Although, it WOULD be cool if we could produce ponies like that... would you get to choose what pony you got or just get random ones? :D

Aw man that's so awesome! Op-shops and garage sales tend to just be G3s for me :( (btw, if you want to sell off any more, do tell me! Saves on shipping for me haha) I've always anticipated on finding some Alternate Birthflower ponies in an op shop.

Good luck on your Mimic quest! (I love parrots too, got a little budgie at home) Being a native wildlife carer sounds like such a thrill!! I've always wanted to be one when I was a little younger. Does it ever get tiring?

Hi Caroline, welcome to the boards. I'm an Aussie too...though like Ember I'm down south in Melbourne. I hope you enjoy yourself around here. :) Must admit I've not seen G1s around just randomly for ages. Most of mine come from the US

Nice to see a few Aussies on here!
Oh man I'd totally want to make my own ponies (like create whole new ones), if we could pop them out of our armpits like that.. They would have to be easily washable ponies! No so soft ponies, yuk!

Hi CarolineBradley,
I'm just south of the QLD boarder on the coast *waves*
Another MLP lover so close is great to know.

Hi, nice too meet you. Good to see someone else a little closer to home. I hope your feeling better soon
*waves from across the ditch*
