$ Price Check $ Going Price for Baity G1s?

Anyone have a rough estimate of the going price for G1 baits these days? I have a few to sell....
It depends on how bait thay are I have to say I sold a lot of Bait g3 for 20 on ebay so I would say that g1 would be going for more

You don't wanna bother with any icky, sticky ol' bait ponies. Just send them to me and I'll dispose of them humanely for you. :D

It also depends on which ponies you have. Some ponies are getting so hard to find buyers will even pay good dosh for baity ones. If you can give us a peep, I betcha we can not only figure out fair prices for you, I betcha one of us will buy them!

I have some baits too so this is interesting. Not trying to steal your thunder though haha.

As everyone else has said, it depends on the pony and what level of “bait” quality they are.

When I buy “baits” I typically don’t want to be paying more than $5-10 per pony. I just bought a “bait” Tex (he’s dirty and had a few plugs cut and a tail cut) for $15usd - normally more than what I want to pay for a bait but I needed a boy base for a custom I want to do and didn’t feel like making new limbs or anything. Lol

Like Skybreeze said it depends on their condition :) if the only thing wrong is dirt and a haircut I’d probably pay more, but anything worse than that I don’t like to go over $10

Both of the Bowties are missing tails, one has marks on the body. Majesty has rough hair, but okay body. Parasol has a faded blue mark on her back. Trickles has some marks, a cut forelock and a frizzy tail. The Firefly is a Basic Fun release with a tail cut.

I also have a Princess Primrose who has a bobbed mane, cut forelock, and some marks on the non display side that look like nail polish...

Thoughts?

And that has usually been my practice as well. But since I haven't really sold any in a few years, thought it best to check what others are expecting to sell/pay for them.
its always very good to research!

Your BF ponies I would sell about $10ish as they are open but still desirable.

Ponies with a good body but imperfect hair and symbols you can get $5-10 for.

BBE I always find annoyingly difficult to get rid of. Lol I typically drop their prices down to about $3-5.

Lastly the gals that will require sunfading I would keep at the $3-5 range. The fb groups seem to go nuts and pay a lot more than value for ponies, so you may want to wave them around there. I know a few people who’re always looking for baits to make customs with.

Side note, I’d be interested in Trickles for a good spa and alt. hair colours when you’ve got pricing up.

Ditto what Skybreeze just said. She posted before I could! :D

$3 is very fair. You could always do a lot price too, save having to ship them a million different places.
