Was very lucky to find three (!) G1 s at the local thrift store. I think my favourite thing about these ponies is that they are slightly see-through, so I know there's no nasty surprises inside :lolpony:

Gardenia Glow's hair is braided because I didn't like how crumpled and gummy her tinsel was but I didn't really want to detinsel her. (Could someone please confirm that her mane and tail are suppose to be two different colours? I tried to look it up but I was not entirely sure. Thanks) Thankfully Sunspot's tinsel was not bad. I think the G1s seem to have a better kind/more durable tinsel than the G3s do. Baby Starflower's hair is still a little crimped from her braid so I might try fixing up her hair again after it has a little time to settle. Overall I am very happy with how they turned out and feel very lucky to have added these cute girls to my herd. :)

How lucky you are! They're a lovely lot indeed. Also, I fancy your beautiful covered porch. I used to have one like that when I lived in an old 1930s frame house and I loved it so!

That is fantastic luck, congrats. I loving the feeling of finding treasure like mlp at the thrift store. And such great finds too, even the G3s. Looks like you earned some serious good karma pts. :)
