Uhh...
I think that you could post the photos once they are clothed, lol
So we could see them in cute outfits!
Or cloth the dolls before giving them away to anyone especially kids...

Just an idea, not really criticism, just an idea...
 I’m confused as all the dolls/toys are wearing “clothes” and why would anyone need to clothe dolls purchased secondhand before giving to a child?

On a very wide spectrum of generally speaking, most children when playing with dolls remove clothing items the dolls are sold in to have realistic doll play. This is why companies manufacture dolls with removable clothes. For the most part (especially now) undergarments are either painted or moulded on the toy it’s self to keep them “modest”.

I am not going to get into the politics on bare dolls here but there’s nothing wrong with what was posted as all dolls are wearing clothes.

Haha you have no idea, I have like 6 tiny tea sets! This one is bigger than most of mine but so pretty :satisfied:
I should have a pony tea party, it would be cute :D I used to play with them with dolls but never did with ponys

Somewhere I have a whole series of pics where my ponies have forced some of my superhero figs into having tea parties with them. I need to dig those out!

Haha I’d like to see those if you find em! The idea of super heroes being overpowered by little ponys is pretty funny :D Maybe ponys have secret powers of their own XD

I didnt realize there was a problem with doll nudity. Ya know, since they are toys...
Okay no problem

Maybe I am more conservative. I'm very conscious of parents boundaries and messages they may interpret being sent to their children.

Just the thought of giving a nude doll to a child would be a big no - no because parents could worry about the message being sent.

Parents can be very protective of their children, especially these days (at least where I'm from).

Gift or Regift with or without clothes, the choice is yours...

Please note that that there was no mention of gifting the toys, or parents, or children or anything of that nature mentioned at all in the original post about the dolls. Members frequently show their awesome toy finds from thrifting as-is from the packaging and there is nothing wrong with that. We are a community of toy collectors. Please stay on topic and not assume things about others or what they post.

If you ever see something on the boards that you are genuinely concerned about, either report it, or bring it to the attention of one of the moderators via a direct message and we will assess the situation and handle it accordingly. Thank you.

I hadn’t gone to goodwill in a while but yesterday me and my mom went and got pretty lucky! She found all the books she was missing in a series called Cat Who and I got lots of awesome toys :lolpony: Plus a pastel pink and blue wig leftover from their Halloween stuff that I can use to reroot!

The little wooden wardrobe is missing a leg but it still stands up, and the piano is so cute, the cover over the keys opens and closes and the foot pedal things even move :) (I’m amused by simple things lol). The pokemon toys are obvious bootlegs but cute anyway

That's kind of uncanny, I very recently donated that same Squinkie playset with a bunch of Squinkies in it to my local Goodwill.
Awesome finds!

Great finds. I love the cat who books (don’t tell my dog), and that Harry Potter is so cute! The wig is brilliant for rerooting, you’re a genius!

Really? Haha maybe we live in the same state then :lolpony: I like to use them as pencil toppers so I guess I didn’t need the playset, but the little gum ball machine was just too cute not to get.

Thanks! Haha they are about mystery solving cats, so what’s not to love right? The Harry stands on his own too so that’s pretty cool.
Aw thanks :satisfied: I rooted the purple pony I made you that way and it worked well so I thought I could try it again. It can be a little cheaper than buying doll hair online :)

Oooh I just found out that my local thrift store is holding a g3 pony plush for me! I can’t pick her up till Wednesday but I’m excited :lolpony: The nice lady there knows I buy ponys whenever they have them so she put it aside :D
