Harvest Moon!

Im currently playing the "Harvest Moon: One World" version for ps4 on our ps5 and im enjoying it, but what im excited for most is the remake of the Wonderful Life!

Though now its Story of Seasons stead of Harvest Moon due to some business whatever lol

but they have updated it and changed a few things! and man have they really changed things lol

My poor gustafa, hes not even himself anymore lol

Theres lots of other character changes too - will this stop me from playin it? nah. lol Im ready for summer 2023 so i can get this game and bask in altered nostalgia!

Oh yes I absolutely love Harvest Moon wonderful life is by far my favorite Harvest Moon game I got as far as getting a kid he was so cute in the original GameCube version and now you can grow old I can't wait for the new addition

If i remember right, you kinda aged in the gamecube one too, but not like how they are on this new one!

Im really up in the air on who im going to marry though, cause they changed my boy lol

I dont really worry about the girls, i married all them lol (the ps2 version of the game you were a boy)

I've played both the GameCube version and the PlayStation 2 version I never knew that you could age because I didn't get that far

if i remember right (i havnt played in a while) you age a bit, but not like, grandpa/ma like the new one lol

I haven't played in so long but in the PS2 version I had just gotten married and in the GameCube version I did get married and had a kid both versions I got married to celia I played the PS2 version when I was 13 and the GameCube version I played since I was 6 to 14 I haven't played it since then

yeah, i married Celia, Muffy, Nami, and Lumina lol

I never played as a girl in the other games I always played as a boy I actually never had the girl version many hours of my life has been playing Harvest Moon I played all the ones on DS a couple of the ones on 3DS the ones on PSP PS2 Wii and GameCube oh and I only played one on switch but I think there's a couple of them now on switch I am a dedicated Harvest Moon fan I really want to get a copy for my switch oh I also have a harvest moon pig plush

On the GameCube in my save, I was going after Muffy and I had gotten to the forced Celia marriage after the 2-year mark, and when you say no to marrying her you time travel back in time by 2 weeks!
So every day for 2 weeks I proposed to my red heart Muffy until she said yes!
But then she took the blue feather from me into her room and disappeared for 2 days! Then she just shows up at work and gives me normal dialog!
And I'm like wtf you're supposed to marry me! I don't have any more feathers! Now what! That was enough for me to rage quit, and so I spent my time playing in the mines in HM cute on ds till my character passed out from exhaustion lol

After that at 15 I played hero of a new leaf on PSP obsessively it was so bad that my monetary values switched to the price of cows! Hmmm let's see a cow 5000 g so I need to buy turnips for 30g and sell for 60g so I'll need a total of 84 turnips per 1 cow or 50 fish with an average sale price of 100 per fish then you can buy a maker and make cheese which is 500 a pop so that could get you a new cow in 10 days and once you have a full capacity barn of 5 cows which if each one is producing a 500g lump o cheese that's 2500g! Half the price of a cow a day plus there are jobs too so if you time it right you can work 3 jobs, sell cheese, turnips, and fish you can come away with 100,000g+ per month! Plus if you buy the sprinklers+better seeds+a greenhouse that number can double to 200,000g+
Mwahahaha money! money! money!

Ive been playing harvest moon since n64, so i started with good plain ol "Harvest Moon" and ive had about ever game, excluding the hand held ones cause i never had them, and animal parade.

I will say, as the years go, they have become a lot more easier to play and a lot more pushed to a younger audience.

Like, they dont even have a bar anymore in One World lol
