Is this new? - MLP Playdoh Presto Pen

Hi Everybody!

I was at the store today buying the playdoh sets with the pony toppers and notice this thing called a 'presto pen' I guess you roll these little paper pictures off and get the pen wet and it turns the ink on the paper into paint so when your all done it looks watercolored. Well I was just wondering if anyone else has seen the MLP presto pen? It's way cute! Anyways I picked up another one if anyones interested, but I was just curious if this was a new thing or I just never heard of it.

I've seen the pen at Target for the past few months, along with the MLP play-doh stampers. I never bought the pen, but I have some of the play-doh stampers.
