Pony ID Help Little G3 Pinkie Pie

Not much to be found at the thrift stores today, but I did get this small bag of unremarkables… except for that Pinkie Pie. She looks like she could be a mini Christmas ornament but she has no place for a hook to attach or anything. Is she maybe a board game piece?
