I've picked up this phone game recently and it's super cute and relaxing!
Kinda similar to Hello Sweet Days Sanrio game (or Dream Village, as I think it's now being called?), in that you visit other players' islands and can leave them messages, collect fruit from the trees they've planted and trade with them - but you can also bring your pets along on your travels! There are other places to explore too, including an art gallery where players can show off their artwork
You can change the colour of your pets (livlies) depending on what you feed them, and can get new livlies by collecting fruit from your friends' islands.
Like with most other phone games nowadays, it is unfortunately a gacha - in terms of items for your island and customising your character. But I think it's also pretty free-to-play friendly, and you can even get tickets that will let you unlock banners that have already ended, for a limited time.
