Anyone going/been to this? I got permission to go! All I have to do is raise the money through summer jobs and custom ponies/ebay etc... and I can go for the whole thing (pretty much)! woo! My mum even offered to go with me

Great! I missed it last year and it looked fantastic
I was wondering what the 'costume competition' was about, is it about the best MLP themed outfit based on kids clothes from the 80's or retro gear, or is it for people dressing up AS ponies? either would be fun ^_^

I'm so glad so many people from here are going too! The costume competition is for people dressing up as ponies, but you can be quite subtle about it if you wish. So long as you have your chosen ponies symbol on plain view somewhere on you then you are ok! I am entering too, but I am going for the less subtle approach, I may even have a tail!!!

Can you go as your pony persona? I really want to go as Dusky ^_^ either her or I can go as Star Catcher...heh, I won't be subtle either!

My cotume is going to rock this year lol ^_^ I'm already planning it I'm going and i went to the last one. I won the costume contest so basically anything pony can go even megan and non-pony characters ^_^ I was mittens last year. I've just started a raffle on the convention forum if anyones intrested in helping out ^_^

Your picture is on the convention site! Cool gloves!! I SO want to go as either Star Catcher or Dusky, both are really complicated but I've been sewing for ages (you should see my dragons!) so I should be done by November.

It'd be great if we all met up, who's going for what tickets? There's a 1,2 or 3 day pass available (apparantley).

Ooh..I need to raise at least £400! This'll be a tough job. Worth it though!
