Just wondering if anyone has any tips on removing a spot like this? I think it's marker but I'm not 100% sure.

Ouch it seems to be very well stuck in there :( ANd maybe impossible to remove. Some great tips you can find here: http://www.mlppreservationproject.com/index.html

I myself might try to use acne cream on that but it can also ruin the ponys yellow coat so maybe try something less damaging first. (you can find out more about acne cream in behind that link too)

Do NOT use acne cream! It continues working long after you think it's been removed and can transfer to other ponies causing a great deal of damage. Your best bet is sunfading. First remove any surface ink with a magic eraser or acetone. When the ink is fairly fresh, this will often remove most of the mark. Older stains (as this appears to be) will have seeped into the plastic and require sunfading. Unfortunately, the mark on your Masquerade is not an easy color to fade; so, it could take a very long time if it comes out at all, and you'll need to protect the rest of her from fading as well.

Yes, acne cream come with very high risks of damages so if wanna use it use it super carefully and try first all the other methods is what I was trying to say :) Like the website says:

"These are harsh treatments and can fade or yellow the bodies of ponies. It's always best to test in an inconspicuous area. RemoveZit is great at removing stains, and the dye coloring a pony is simply a stain. Severe discoloration can occur with these products and the chemicals can leach on to other ponies if they touch, so these are not highly recommended. Many collectors will not buy a pony if these products have been used on it."
