Hello everyone!
It is an honor to be able to continue to build, maintain, and move toward the future with the MLPTP. It is a job that could not be done without the help of site mods @CJ Thimble Bright, @Gingerbread, @Skybreeze, and @Sassarazzmadazzles. We work together to keep the MLPTP forum updated with state of the art software and features, fix any broken parts, and add brand new features for our members.
However, updating and managing a forum is not as easy as it sounds, and it comes at quite a cost.

While we have made great progress and have set a beautiful foundation for the future of the MLPTP, all the while managing to save 14 years of our history following the departure of the previous owner, there are certain costs of running such a large website that cannot be overlooked, and that's where YOU, our MLPTP family, come in.
In order to help ease the financial burden, we are hosting a fundraiser to cover our 2022-2023 costs, with forum trophies and prizes to be had by those who choose to donate and help us out.
Here's how you can help:

1) Donate to our costs using the Donate button above,
or send directly to Donations@MLPTP.net
Remember to include your MLPTP username!Note: Paypal does take out fees for donations, meaning that a $5 donation will only come through as $4.45 or so to us.
Your entries will be based on your donation BEFORE fees, but you are welcome to help offset the fees if you choose to.
It is entirely up to you.
Every $5 you donate will count for 1 entry into the giveaway.
Donations are cumulative for trophies--trophies reflect the total you have donated since January 1st, 2022!

Fundraiser Terms & Conditions:
- Entries to the fundraiser will CLOSE on 10/25/22 at 11:59PM EST.
- All donations are final and non-refundable.
- 100% of proceeds go toward the cost of running the site. Mods and admin are not paid and work on a volunteer basis.
- There is no guarantee that participants will be chosen for a prize.
- Winners will be chosen using Random.org. A neutral third party will draw the first 3 winners, and a moderator or admin will draw the rest.
- Some prizes may be in gently used or used condition; not all prizes are brand new nor in mint condition.
- All items will be shipped with a tracking number. Items valued over $50 will be insured. Prizes may arrive in multiple shipments depending on where they are shipping from.
- Forum donations of any kind do not serve to absolve, correct, or otherwise change the outcome for any behavior or actions (past, present, or future) on the part of the donor which go against the rules of the MLPTP, and cannot reverse warning points, suspensions, or bans.
- Contact @MustBeJewel with any questions or concerns.
- Contributors:
- You must provide the entire list of available prizes (located here) put into order from your MOST DESIRED to LEAST DESIRED in order to be eligible for prize drawing. PM all information to @MustBeJewel.
- You must provide your entire shipping address, including a full name, otherwise we will not be able to ship a prize to you and you will not be eligible for prize drawing. PM all information to @MustBeJewel.
- Your list of preferred prizes and your full shipping address must be received by 11:59pm EST on October 25th in order to be eligible for prize drawing.
- If your list is incomplete (ie: does not include all prizes listed) and your number is drawn, but the prizes on your incomplete list have already been spoken for, you will be issued a prize at random unless you specify otherwise. You may submit a partial list with the clause that if the prizes on that partial list are already claimed, that you want to pass on your win to the next randomly drawn number or specific MLPTP member.
- If you do not submit your list, you will be issued a prize at random.
- If you wish to gift an entry to a friend, it must be included as a note with your Paypal payment.
- If you do not submit your full shipping address, you will not be able to receive a prize if your number is drawn.
- If you win a prize, your prize will be shipped to exactly the shipping address you supply. A full name and address is required for shipping purposes only.
- If you win a prize and fail to retrieve your package from your PO box or otherwise disregard notices from the postal service to retrieve your package and it is returned to us, you will need to pay shipping to have it sent to you again. We will only re-send once.
- It is your responsibility to check this thread for updates, as well as to check your private messages and emails for communications and updates about the fundraiser.
- Email updates will be sent automatically to your registered MLPTP email address only. Please make sure this setting is up to date in your MLPTP profile.
- For fundraiser matters, please do not contact the mods or admin outside of the MLPTP forum.
- By participating in the fundraiser, you agree to the above Terms & Conditions.
