We regret we cannot let anyone else into the swap now, as time is drawing to a close.
Something you may consider doing as we get down to the time to do shopping...you may choose to email the members in your group to let them know what you are sending to whom...so people do not receive duplicate gifts. :wink:
A need for clarification has come up...you are more than welcome to send one pony, 10 ponies, 1 pony and other MLP items, etc.... out to people in your group. The sky is the limit. :wink:

Hey Folks!
Baby Boomba and I have decided to run a Holiday swap here at the TP. Here is all the info you will need, so please read it throughly and carefully if you wish to take part.
The swap will be co-ordinated by Baby Boomba & I. In the event of an over-whelming response which the two of us cannot deal with we will pick a long-standing member of the community who has applied to take part to help us co-ordinate it. In the swap you will be buying for up to 3 people. As we realise that the holidays can be an expensive time of year, we have decided to set price brackets. If you are accepted into the swap, you will be able to choose how much you wish to spend on each person. We will then try and co-ordinate it so that people who wish to spend the same amounts and are in similar area's of the world are matched up. We are trying to get this sorted now as ideally we would like people to ship out at the begining of December.
If you wish to take part in the swap you will need to email either Baby Boomba or Myself with the following details:
Q1: Your TP Name
Q2: Your Ebay name
Q3: Your Email addy
Q4: Your list of References
Once we have this info we will be running reference checks on you so people are not let down in any way. This is nothing personal! You will be notified via email if you have been accepted into the swap. Once you have been accepted we will be asking a new set of questions via email that you will need to reply to. Once we have all the info we need to pair people up we will let you know who you will be buying for. This post will be cleared and want lists will be placed here so you can see what the person you are buying for would like.
So that we can manage the work load between ourselves we would like people to email us alternately. The first person to reply will email Baby Boomba and reply here saying that they have done so. The next to reply will email me, replying here to say they have done that and so on. Hopefully if we do this, one of us wont end up doing all the work! Please only enter if you fully intend on keeping to the rules stated here.
