I get to go first. I received my package! I was off work yesterday after the most devastating news in my professional career. Feeling quite sorry for myself until the doorbell rang. What timing! I tore in my package like a woman possessed. I received this amazing package from @OctoberMoon

I’ll begin with the pony stuff. I only have one of new release TE and I was thrilled to get Fizzy. This Princess Sunbeam is in gorgeous shape. Also, the ski outfit is my favourite and I can wait to dress someone up.

OctoberMoon generously gifted her childhood Barbie accessories to me. I was super choked and very grateful to receive. I have tons of Barbies, but so few accessories. What a lovely surprise. The stickers are also from her childhood. I collect vintage stickers

I love all the skull extras. You really got me and what I like. I nearly bought myself something close to these cool light up spikes. Glad I didn’t because these are perfect. I’m going to stick them in my plants. Also, I’m a total sock *****.

I’m way too excited about having ALL my favourite Halloween treats. We don’t get the Apple and Watermelon flavours here in Canada and they’re so good.

Finally, I have to talk about this card. I collect all kinds of cards for every occasion and always give my friends cool greeting cards. Unfortunately, I rarely get any decent cards back. I’ve seen this very card and thought to myself “How come nobody ever gets me cool cards like that?” The card is on my mantle with a couple of my owls.

OctoberMoon you did this girl right. I’m super happy with everything in my box and grateful for pony friends like you who clearly take the time to put together a lovely, thoughtful box.

You‘ll all see this gorgeous wrapping again. I’m all about recycling and I’m going to wrap some of my packages in the same paper.

I can’t wait to see everyone else’s boxes.

Yay! I had no clue how long it would take to get to you so I sent it a little earlier than I should but I'm glad it came at a good time! I'm glad you liked everything, I could have shopped and shopped for you. I hope you enjoy the hand me downs lol. The stickers are so old !! I love that card too!! It's like a piece of artwork you can frame. Maybe I can ship you some more vintage stickers (I have tons) and some more candy sometime! Thanks for being a fun partner!!!

My turn! I came home to see a big box waiting for me and I thought, it must be my swap box, I'm not expecting anything that big! I was so excited to sit by my Halloween tree and open my goodies, and boy did I get A LOT Of goodies! Our wonderful @BethMcBeth spoiled me big time! Look at this giant pile of loot

SO many gifties!! I chuckled too at the appropriateness of sitting by my Halloween tree opening gifts wrapped in Nightmare Before Christmas paper just like a kid on Christmas LOL And all of them wrapped! @Skybreeze you would appreciate it, even the tiniest little surprises were every one, wrapped, ribboned and bow'd! Look at this adorable pony sized gift, they made me smile

but let's be honest, only Skybreeze is gonna swoon over the wrapping pictures , the rest of us wanna get to the goodies!! First the Halloween gifties! Several cute, fun socks, nice soft plushy ones I can't wait to wear, a fabulous witchy headband...that lights up I promise to update with a picture of me modeling it, an adorable Halloween Charming Tail figure, I collect them and did not have this one, it is precious and my fun Halloween card I love cards too, you can see a bit of my card shutter behind my tree. I keep it out all year and display my greeting cards through out the year.

I also got these fantastic goodies, a Cupcake doll , I love all 80's toys and I remember some of my friends having Cupcake dolls but I never got any I always coveted them a little LOL and this cute little Care Bear figure which made me think of a birthday cake I had when I was really young and I remember it had several of these little plastic Care Bears on it. I didn't have either of these and they brought me some fun memories also this sweet, little owl plush keychain, in teal, one of my favorite colors! I love him and what was in the teeny, tiny, little parcel?! This pretty pendant! I tried to catch the light on it but it's a carved horse

Now I know you just want me to get to the ponies, so here ya go! I don't have any reasonably priced ponies left to obtain so I stated accessories were alright with me and @BethMcBeth did not disappoint!! Look at all these accessories I get to delete off my wishlist it makes my neurotic, little OCD heart so happy!!! You just don't know! And the only thing I love more than the satisfaction of crossing something off a list, is G1 merchandise

oh, yeah, baby! and not only did I not have this, I don't think I recall ever even seeing it, and I've been around the corral more than a couple times LOL I don't know if I should put a baguette in it or what LOL but round of applause to you friend! You knocked my socks off (but that's okay cause you got me more LOL)

Now last but not least! candycandycandy like, seriously, CANDY. I feel like a kid rolling in at 10pm with a pillowcase full of sugar! When I said my favorites were Skor bars and York patties I didn't expect to get a lifetime supply (or diabetes ) but hey, that's what Halloween is all about, right?!? And really, who am I kidding, this will maybe last til Thanksgiving I could roll around in this pile of candy though, gotta be 100 peppermint patties under all them Skor bars there LOL

I had all the cupcake dolls as a kid. My grandparents threw cupcake doll parties with all the fancy stationary and supplies. We even had the cupcake doll records.

The Ring tells me my package has come, but we are on the road to visit my mother in law and do a 'trick or treat trail', so I will have to wait ALL DAY.
I think it is the swap package anyways. It has halloween stickers on it.

I was opening a bit at a time while grading, and it was giving me life ;D

Here's the first view to greet me, and then the packages unloaded on my couch:



Then, remembering the instructions of my gramma, I opened the card first It was so nice that she remembered it was our anniversary, and I love the kitty bookmarks


On to the PONIES! The first one I opened was darling little Bunkie, and I was so excited to have her!! Then there's TAF Merriweather. She's a favorite cause she's COVERED IN RAINBOWS. I love her so much. Following that is Staflash, one of the few SHS molds I didn't have. Then January Carnation (6/12) and September Morning Glory (7/12). I am especially grateful for September Morning Glory because I decided to collect all the September ponies in honor of my Gramma's birthday.


I got these adorable photo holders. I was contemplating the many uses I could have for them (knitting pattern holder, maybe even yarn feed? And also, actual photo holders...) when I realized that it didn't matter cause Nixie was *definitely* gonna steal them There's also adorable socks which I am wearing on this chill 46* morning.

This is a bad photo, but I am super excited about these Halloween cookie cutters. Lynnix loves to help me bake, and we are going to have so much fun with these. I think they're my favorite (besides the ponies!), and they're nothing I thought to ask for. Thanks so much!
Then there's this yummy candle (already lit and smelling delicious!), and some cute towels for the kitchen (Nixie will likely steal those too, but I'll make an effort to hang on them on the oven). There's adorable "Skelly" yoga coasters too!

Gingerbread also sent a package for Lynnix (you are the nicest, omg). Please excuse the bedhead. My little magpie instantly understood that there was a present for them, and they set to as soon as they were up. They love the "scoodey eye book" ('scoodey means scary), and they will love the pumpkin kit once we explain it. The last picture is me saying, "one more picture, Lynnix" and them telling me to shush up and let them read!

Yay!! Glad you enjoyed everything I tried really hard to by practical things and not just tchotchkes. The yoga skeleton coasters cracked me up LOL

I was opening a bit at a time while grading, and it was giving me life ;D

Here's the first view to greet me, and then the packages unloaded on my couch:

Then, remembering the instructions of my gramma, I opened the card first It was so nice that she remembered it was our anniversary, and I love the kitty bookmarks

On to the PONIES! The first one I opened was darling little Bunkie, and I was so excited to have her!! Then there's TAF Merriweather. She's a favorite cause she's COVERED IN RAINBOWS. I love her so much. Following that is Staflash, one of the few SHS molds I didn't have. Then January Carnation (6/12) and September Morning Glory (7/12). I am especially grateful for September Morning Glory because I decided to collect all the September ponies in honor of my Gramma's birthday.

I got these adorable photo holders. I was contemplating the many uses I could have for them (knitting pattern holder, maybe even yarn feed? And also, actual photo holders...) when I realized that it didn't matter cause Nixie was *definitely* gonna steal them There's also adorable socks which I am wearing on this chill 46* morning.

This is a bad photo, but I am super excited about these Halloween cookie cutters. Lynnix loves to help me bake, and we are going to have so much fun with these. I think they're my favorite (besides the ponies!), and they're nothing I thought to ask for. Thanks so much!
Then there's this yummy candle (already lit and smelling delicious!), and some cute towels for the kitchen (Nixie will likely steal those too, but I'll make an effort to hang on them on the oven). There's adorable "Skelly" yoga coasters too!

Gingerbread also sent a package for Lynnix (you are the nicest, omg). Please excuse the bedhead. My little magpie instantly understood that there was a present for them, and they set to as soon as they were up. They love the "scoodey eye book" ('scoodey means scary), and they will love the pumpkin kit once we explain it. The last picture is me saying, "one more picture, Lynnix" and them telling me to shush up and let them read!
