My Customized Ponys

I finally finished rooting my first fully customized pony!
He started out as an Applejack with a hair and tail cut, now he’s Pluto :D

His design and cutie mark are inspired by these two pics, how cute is it that there’s a heart on the planet?

Time for a new pony! :lolpony: She’s a work in progress still but it’s going pretty good :)
The g 3.5 pinkie pie that I’m using as a base is from the super sweet Icey_Flowerswirl who sent her to me just for this project, thank you again :satisfied:

and here she is turning into Mew (I saved the hair for a future pony) with the help of some Apoxie sculpt

And a second little project that’s less customization and more repair. I got this poor Funko Fluttershy with only one wing at a thrift store ages ago because I was worried that if they noticed she was broken they’d throw her away ^^; so I’m finally trying to make her a new wing with sculpey. Ignore the random colors, I’m gonna paint it yellow later

I kinda like the random colors! That sculpting is really good.

The new wing looks brilliant. Much better that you saved her than she get thrown. Poor girl.

Thanks! :satisfied:

Yeah I often look at damaged/broken toys at thrift shops and try to judge if I think a parent will still let their kid get them, if I think they won’t then I take them home to rescue them lol ^^;

@drusilla , @Gingerbread and @Icey_Flowerswirl thank you guys!!

Pinkie Pie has evolved into Mew! :lolpony:
The flocking took a lot longer than I thought because it was kinda a last minute decision and since it was a gift I didn’t have time to order flocking powder, oops! So I made my own by brushing out yarn and using tiny embroidery scissors to trim it into a dust like pile. There are a few spots that could’ve been a little fuller, but overall I think she turned out really nice. It’s been too rainy for an outdoor photo shoot so I might take a few more pics another day. Thanks again @Icey_Flowerswirl :xmashug:

Pinkie Pies face actually works really well for a Mew face! I would have never thought of making that. She looks really awesome! Great job

She looks awesome as mew! Great work with the fuzz. Honestly, I think that it’s mayb better that way than conventional flocking.

That’s how I got the idea! I saw one of the ones with plastic swappable hair who was missing her hair and thought she looked a lot like Mew :) Thanks a lot! :satisfied:

Haha thanks @Gingerbread ! I used a fluffy chunky yarn for the flocking so she feels super soft too :D

Aw thank you! :satisfied:
Do you think so? It worked pretty well but I don’t know if you’d be able to see a cutie mark/symbol through it

I finally got around to painting Funko Fluttershy’s new wing and gluing it on her :smile: The shade of yellow is just slightly off but not too bad, and I might hide the line where you can see it clearly broke with some Apoxie later. But for now she looks happier to me :D also fixed up this little Cheer Bear whose paint was messed up in a few spots.
