thank you all for the lovely comments. :) I still gotta put up the uv block on the window. after 12 years of collecting I have ponies comming out of the woodwork.

Amazing! Congrats! I love how you displayed them. :lolpony::smile::ponylove: Out of curiosity, what's with the plastic around the shelves?
The plastic wrap is there to keep the dust away. I am trying to keep the dust down although dust doesn't hurt the the ponies. I have a few shelves that need to be fixed since we moved they are broken. :/ We haven't got around to fixing them yet maybe someday.

That is awesome! I love the plastic-wrap idea. I might implement that so I don't have to enlist the aid of my entire family to help with the annual pony dust-a-thon!

Good luck with that just plastic wrap and double sided tape on the ends. I would do that with the other shelves if Mr skycakes doesn't fix the other ones :/

Thank you for the advice!

I hope Mr. Skycakes is able to fix those shelves for you soon. The set up really is amazing.

thanks to you all :) I heard someone on the arena used the plastic wrap method. Also, it does work but sometimes it has to be replaced but this method is less cost effective.

Oh good idea! Much cheaper than a glass case. Is it just normal wrap that can be found at the store? Lol I have a lot of things that need fixing

I could see how you'd need to replace it once every so often. I image it'd still be cheaper than glass. Plus not all shelving is glass-door friendly...

Yeah I get that. even my old glass case still can let dust in.

Great looking collection. It's so nice when we can display and enjoy our collections. Your plastic wrap idea had me thinking of other alternatives. I was thinking about plastic film (like the kind on report covers) that could be easily tacked onto a shelf and removed when you need access.
