OO thats difficult.. . . maybe you could make it a sash? Her belt is so iconic but it would be such a shame to cover your beautiful cutiemark your right
 
Alrighty, here is the final touch. I painted the cutie mark with glow in the dark paint so it would glow, and I added some detail to the face. It doesn't impact the look of the face in the light; you can only see it in the dark or with a blacklight. It actually looks really cool in real life, but unfortunately, my camera wasn't able to pick it up very well! These were the best pics I was able to get...

I will get some nice final pictures of her to tomorrow and also reveal which character this is for anyone who is still wondering XD

Wow! I loooove that tail, so cool :D and the blue clouds on her look great!
I have no idea who the character is though lol
