New Thrifty finds

If I go by there again on Friday do you want me to see if they have any left? There were 3 or 4 when I got mine so if they do I could pick you up one if you want :)
And isn’t is? It’s got all the little HamHams in Halloween costumes :satisfied:

Thanks!! She’s so cute (and I don’t usually see the 101 girls so that’s cool).
And yesssss the books! :flutter2: I was worried I might be gushing about them all too much in my post haha, but they’re just so good!
Thanks for the offer! I don't really need it tho, it's just fun to look lol

Haha yeah I do love plushies :happyhearts: And yup you do! He originally had some sort of scented pouch that you can warm in him (I got him at a thrift store and it’s missing) so he smells faintly like lavender :)
And the Daisy Duck giggles when you squeeze her  I love how you worded finding yours haha!
I kept the box as it was cause the blue and gold was pretty, I use it to hold my bobby pins and barrettes. And the horse I still plan to pain but just haven’t had the time ^^; o_O
I’ll definitely keep posting when I find cool things to share!

I should update this more frequently so I don’t have sooo many pics to add at once ^^; so this is a combined I think 3 different thrifting trips and one amazing yard sale.
A few doll bits, the swan princess dress is really pretty and this Rose Petal Place doll! A little pricier than what I usually go for at $7 but I really liked her

Including several fantasy ones and their fairy riders :D several I’m gonna repaint because they are well loved, but it was really cool to find!

You have the best luck!! So much cuteness. Crabby Gabby is one of my favorites and I love the fairy book. It looks so familiar. Great finds!!

So, your figure is from a comic book. My first clue was Mcfarlane. Todd Mcfarlane got his big break drawing Spiderman, then he made his own comic series called Spawn. This figure is called Mandarin Spawn, I think its from a spin off set in China. Its a pretty cool sculpt :O

Sorry for the delay in responding to all you guys :)
You always find the coolest things while thrifting and it always makes me a little jealous. Lol
Aww sorry about that! It helps that I happen to live in a place that (until last week when one closed :/) had 3 separate thrift stores all within a 5 minute walk of each other. So when I go I go to all 3 of em. Plus it’s almost always with my mom so we find things that the other might’ve missed :D

Honestly, i was too! They’re so pretty, like there’s an all black Pegasus and the sculpting on the wings is amazing! Unfortunately he’s missing a leg but I figure I can try to make a new one

I have gotten pretty lucky :blossom: I think I live close enough to a bigger city that the stores get a lot of donations but not close enough that everything is picked through immediately. Nice! I haven’t read it yet but I’m looking forward to it (Azalea and Rosebud are my faves). There are a ton of the flower fairy books so you’ve probably seen one of them before:) later I’ll add a pic of all the ones I’ve gotten

Oh cool! I’d never heard of him so when I googled it I didn’t find much, thanks so much for the help! I just searched for Mandarin Spawn and wow the amount of detail in some of those toys is insane! I’m not sure what I’m gonna do with him without a head, but yeah the sculpt was too cool to leave behind

I love these! They are so cute. I believe I remember them. What years were these published? I will show you some of my Fairy books when I get a chance! Thanks for sharing!
Aren’t they? The top right one was published in 1985, top right was 1990, middle left was originally 1982 but this edition was 2009, middle right was 2006 and the bottom one was printed in 2019
I’d love to see your fairy books too!
I have a few different ones of these!! Theyre so gorgeouss!! :happyhearts: And pricy
Nice! There seem to be so many different ones of them :D and yup! Super pretty, I didn’t know they were expensive though I’ve only gotten mine second hand so usually under $5 (except the bottom one which is a book of bookmarks, that one was a gift)

Your books are amazing! I think I remember some of them when I was growing up. <3
Here's some of my collection of books left. I love the pressed fairy stories by Brian Froud. And my mom found my old pencil box from the 90's. It has some cute sayings on it that makes me laugh. I hope you can read them.

Ooh you’ve got some cool ones! The fairy fashion one especially :D and is that one in the back about the cottingley glen fairies?
I could read all but the one below not taking direction from pixies :lolpony: That’s a pretty cute box

Haven’t thrifted much recently but on Sunday I went out and found a few things :)
This cute mini Beatrix Potter tin, an LOL stand I thought I could use for a Barbie but it’s too short and a massive Mickey tsumtsum (he’s a case to hold small ones I think)

And lastly the fanciest Breyer Horse I’ve ever seen! Like look at the pictures on him!!

So my last two thrifting trips I got some really awesome things! But didn’t have time to take pics until now, so here we go (there’s a lot so sorry if it’s too many pics haha)
First up the books, I love the art in the Tinkerbell books, the Ariel one is in terrible condition but again the art! So nice, and several g3 books

Next, the dolls! So many cool ones, and almost all had clothes and shoes :D
View attachment 53419
My first made to move Barbie so she’ll be fun for customizing, 2 cute mini American Girls (I know one is Grace not sure about the other), unfortunately this little Breyer dolls hands must’ve been stained by her gloves, love the Snow White and evil queen set with velvet capes, Anna looking so sweet, a fairytopia doll who will look great with my Elina, and the most adorable Disney doll apparently she was a 60th anniversary doll (her drawstring bag and ****s match and look at the Minnie ears! I love her)

Some other things I got are this mango bird :purpleheart: 2 happy meals from 2005 with cool lenticular back cards, a Moana, I think a Ever After High dragon, and this lol surprise container (does this not look like a big pokeball? Cause I think it does and am going to paint is as one), some vintage prismacolors for 5 cents each and these paints which are sealed and perfect for only 30cents each! Ok I know it seems weird to be so excited about kids finger paint but it’s all natural and I have been looking for an all natural(and affordable) paint for a specific project for around 6 years so yeah I got excited haha:satisfied:

I also got super excited for this Emily the Strange messenger bag!! Idk if anyone knows Emily but merch isn’t common since hot topic stopped selling it in 2009, so this was really cool! And it’s actually really well made too so bonus
View attachment 53445View attachment 53446
I also kinda collect carousel horses, idk I just think they’re pretty and I got this massive one for a really good price (the big brown one), he needs a few paint touch ups but is very pretty
View attachment 53447
And lastly if you don’t wanna see an insane amount of pics don’t scroll down lol! Cause I got so many plushies and I love them ^_^
