Non-MLP Who is this pretty girl??

So I came across this pink horse with orange monarch butterfly wings at a thrift shop the other day. She's really pretty! Even has neat swirly designs on her. I couldn't find any identifying marks on her, though, to figure out which toy line she is from. Does anyone recognize her, and can tell me more about her?
