Hi everyone! I won 2 tickets to a walking tour of Broadway. I've only been to NYC once, and stayed well outside the city. That trip was awful due to bad weather and a "high terror alert" weekend, not long after the Sept 11 attacks. I'm going with my best friend sometime this summer. We still have to pick a date, but can anyone suggest a reasonably priced place to stay? We don't have to be IN the city, just close enough that the commute isn't a huge pain. We're trying to keep the cost down, as we already have the expense of the bus to/from there, and we'd love to be able to see a show. I know sometimes if you book ahead, you can also save. Thanks!
