G4 Oh Funko, what are you doin?

while i do despise the look of funko pops, my main problem with them is their predatory distribution tactics. reading through this twitter thread and the replies confirmed the bad feeling i had about funko when pops started taking over almost every store i set foot into. big box stores, comics game and entertainment stores, toy stores, flea markets and other second hand places are overflowing with them because people just don't know what to do with them. there is an absurd overabundance of pops and it's out of control in my opinion. funko has the vinyl toy market in a chokehold. funko dealing in NFTs is just the cherry on top of greed.

Ahh, I didn't know that.

When I said this I should have mentioned that it was referring to the Funko action figures as I noticed that the Rick and Morty, and FNAF ones feel cheaply made, at least the newer waves of the things are better, and the original Foxy figure is the one that can't stand also his arms fall off.
