I want to say it and want to say it AGAIN! Singapore is finally getting its own LOYALTY SCHEME! I'm so excited!!!! This is the first time ever we're involved in such a program! Hasbro Singapore is always and forever the best! It's really great to know that we're finally getting rewarded for our hardcore spending, and it is also a sign that My Little Pony is doing SUPER well in Singapore. I am not sure what's in the loyalty scheme, but I assume it's a mail order - KEWLLLLLL!!!!! WOOT! I don't really care what we get as long as it's something AT ALL! You guys can check it out here:

www.mylittlepony.com.sg

WHEE! *runs around on fire* It's still under construction, so I have to call in to ask tomorrow. This is awesome! I'll scream like a girl if i could LOL Yes, yes, yes! Loyalty scheme! Beat that... loyalty scheme....

now I don't feel bad buying ponies anymore

I don't think there's going to be anything too exciting, but I am glad that we're at least getting something at all! I have accumulated like...near 400 points and nowhere to spend them :p Even if they're pony bracelets, I'll redeem them all for my cousins.

Thanks Silver, we need all the blessings we can get! LOL

reading the "Facts" on that page.. and some responses to them.

"My Little Pony was launched in 1983 and was the no. 1 mini doll in the UK for seven years - it replaced its much bigger ancestor, My Pretty Pony, which was introduced in 1982"

Uhh.. :::rechecks DreamValley::: uhhh..

"2003 marks the return of the popular toy - and its 20th year birthday"

Didn't the six originals come out in 1982? So the 20th anniversary would be 2002. And "the return" would probably the 1996 G2s, unless they're so ashamed they want to forget it ever happened..

"Firefly - star of the comic and the TV programme - is the most popular vintage pony. The first six ponies were all Earth ponies with no wings or horns and plain coloured manes"

how do they know that? did they do a poll? I didn't get polled. And what does Firefly being popular have to do with the six not having wings or horns?

"Today there are between 600 and 700 different My Little Ponies. There are no set prices for vintage ponies but collectors are prepared to pay anything between £300 - £1,000 for rare editions"

again, did they do a poll? "How much would you pay for a rare edition?" "Why, I'd pay £300 - £1,000"

Brazilian, Dutch, Italian, Greek, Spanish and French ponies are rare and among the most sought after collectibles while the Mexican and Peruvian versions are like gold. As there are hardly any in circulation many people have never even heard of them

no bashing on this one, more of a question. Would you rather have a Mexican pony or a chunk of gold the same size?

Beyoncé Knowles is a hard core MLP fan - back in the 80s Beyoncé had to have everything My Little Pony. She often dressed up as one too!

So did I. Why aren't they writing about me also?

Oh wow, it's about time another country picked up the mail order program. Let us know what they have. :D

Oh!! I like the magnets and the T-shirt!

Will people in Singapore be helping those in other countries get this stuff??

(personally, I will wait and see if any of these things become available in the US points program after July) If not, I am INTERESTED!!

Tif =:cool:

Aww I love the little story. Funny they DO know us crazy collectors :lol:

AWESOME, I'm so glad you guys are getting stuff! Maybe other countries will follow suit!

It was a phenomenally successful idea - a range of plastic figurines measuring between three and five inches with cute expressions, symbols on their flanks reflecting their names and silky soft manes and tails that could be brushed and combed.

God bless them for calling them SYMBOLS instead of Cutie Marks.

They mentioned International Pony Day, too--that makes it official, right?

~LM~

Actually I don't think Hasbro Singapore knows very much, we collectors have been feeding them lots of information. Like I sent them a whole bunch of info including the International Pony Day on 02 Aug last year because tehy said they were considering a Singapore MLP Meet that never happened. But those ended up on the website :) I even educated them about Brazilians and emailed them a pic of my Braz Baby Lofty, suppose they exaggerated them a bit lol - you know...figurative language. I am glad though... that Hasbro Singapore have listened to the pleas to our collectors here - they've always been great!

If anyone wants any stuff, sure :) I'll help I have tons of points to spend lol

Dude, Love Wishes is 12 points. Not fair!! o_O

Don't ponies cost a lot more there though? If ponies are twice as expensive, than you spend the same amount of money to get the mail order pony....Maybe that's why she's less points. :wink:

o_O It's possible. I wouldn't know, never been off North America. 0_O
