3 cups of all purpose flour
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (I generally use a mix of cheeses and substitute one quarter of a cup of the grated cheese with parmesan)
2 cloves of garlic - (I usually use crushed)
½ cup of vegetable oil
¼ cup milk
water as needed
Preheat oven to 200ºC. In a large mixing bowl combine all the ingredients.Add water if mixture is too dry to mix well. Roll this mixture out ¼ inch thick and cut into shapes or shape into dog biscuits. Place 1 inch apart on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 200ºC for 10 to 15 minutes.
My dogs love these and I generally use a little egg wash over the biscuits before they go in the oven.
