G3 Please Help Identify Mysterious Hat

I got this mysterious G3 hat in an eBay lot. It’s an iridescent blue color. It didn’t originally come with any of the ponies I got in the purchase, so who did it come with? I’ve tried researching but I can’t seem to find this hat anywhere online!

@blueming i thought i recognized it & had to do some digging! i believe it might've came with Sunset Sweety in the Ponyville Tea Party set, along with a couple other ponies. source!
