Price Check: Grand Champions Stable

I've got a Grand Champion Stable playset, does anyone know a fair selling price for it? There was one on eBay, for $74, but it didn't sell (and at that price I can't say I'm totally surprised). It was made from 2004 to '06 and that's pretty much the extent of what I know of it.

Only hitch is that it appears to be missing a panel which would fit into the white wall below.

Otherwise, the building is complete. Anyone have any ideas?

Also, it'll be up for sell or trade so if you see it and must have it, lemme know!
