sewing bandanas

Hi anyhow I sewed some bandanas during the summer. What was tough about it the tons of work I did I used elastic to hold them together. At the time I was working on them my hands kept going numb. I had some sort of problem with backpain or maybe my neck causing me some sort of trouble with out warning. I really didnt care I pushed myself through it my hands were feeling like they were on fire when sewing. Anyway most of the work was hard and I made the bandanas very big but they are ok I think. Anyhow I know I should take better care of myself im trying to take baby steps to better health. :/

These are very cute but absolutely take care of yourself! Your hands should not be going numb!
It's ok to take a break and stretch. Your projects will be there when you get back to them.

thanks I went to the doctor the only thing I found out is I got arthritis in my lower back. :/ Im trying to do what they say and start slowly doing core exercises. thats about all I can do at the moment besides take over the counter medicine for it.

yeah they were badly on fire the only thing that helped was alleve. I still feel the numbness but not as often as I used to. Im trying to do what the doctor suggested

I’ve been thinking about getting fabric made to make replica brother bandanas and this is making me want to do it even more. You’ve done a fabulous job with these and I can only imagine how annoying it was to see on such a small scale. (I plan to use my serger when I do it, cuz I’m lazy but it gets the job done.)

thank you some of them I didnt have to sew a side because it was already sewn so I did get lucky on some of them. Though I still had to sew the elastic and other sides of the bandanas.
