I'm not sure if there are two MO Star Hopper versions, one with a more olive green body (like the store version) and one with a brighter green / teal body, or if this is just a discolouration issue. I love the bright green MO Star Hopper depicted on the MLW, so I searched for one in a similar body tone. I've finally found one, she's so pretty!

Not sure. I just think some might have gotten different mixed dyes by accident. But its certainly no flaw.
