don't have any Paint Programs installed on it so I do not know How I am Gonna Be able to Draw My Persona Ponies Without One

Back when I was on Windows there was a nice generic program called Microsoft PictureIt!

I loved that thing so much. Not sure how out-dated it is by now, if it still exists or what~ but it might be compatible with your Dell.

I've been on a MAC since 2010 and I had to adjust to it after being practically a ninja at Windows~

Been manning Gimp, strictly for photo collaging purposes so far though. <T^T>

I was so comfortable with Windows... don't miss the viruses though and lack of security. Something I never have to worry about with MACs
