These are made by some company called Just Play. I got excited thinking Walmart was selling Breyers again. Also a bit confused as I assumed Breyers had exclusive rights to making the Spirit Riding Free models. The head on the gray is absurdly small and his/her name is Equellus? What the heck? The appaloosa, Junipero is pretty decent looking.

They're cheap and might make nice custom baits, I mean psomys @Mimic ;)

Netflix made a new cartoon. That's where they're from. Probably why they're disproportionate, too. It's a cute show, though. My daughter likes it as background noise. The joys of an adhd kid who can't just do one thing at a time.

The joy of a strange kid, or the show. If you're ever looking for a specific breyer horse, all the feed stores here carry them and I'd be happy to help send some your way. I collected them when I was a kid, but my mom didn't let me take them when we had our ten year break, and she got rid of them at some point. They're so detailed and realistic. I love them. I'd collect them now, but I have to set strict limits for myself.

Yea wow that horse does have a tiny head lol. I love funny stuff like that with toys. Even if it is explained by the show it represents. I like them both. What fun. I will be curious to see what you make out of them.

@Tak I am that, I notice everything that is going on with everything. I call it my hyper awareness syndrome. I notice music, mistakes, background issues like when people are in cars and they pass the same house like say 5 times. I also notice camera men in mirrors a bug on the lense or a bug flying around an actor, mistakes with animation...you name it. I still think I would have been great at investigating had it not been for the fact I can't handle crime scenes. ROFLOL

@tulagirl I must have hyper awareness syndrome, too. Mine is ocd related. Every tiny inconsistency is just huge in my eyes. It's why I can only truly relax in my own space.

I just only recently realized I might have some OCD too. I don't have the big symptom indicators, but I was reading about a few things and they really fit me. OCD runs in my family. I know my mother has it and her Aunt had it too. I have a very intense personality and the way I see things is like mega, colorful, explosive and hyper detailed. It does make it difficult for me especially if something bad is happening around me. I can see it way past what it is. Almost like over thinking things but to the moon and back. I am convinced though that this particular issue has been good for me with my sewing and stuff. I am very creative. There has always been that thought that extremely creative people have to have a reason to be creative. They have a passion for things past the norm. I see this even in my nieces who are all gifted and talented with theater arts, singing and dancing. I deal with ADD and my R2 has ADD also. Almost daily our cabinet doors are always open including the drawers pulled out. We don't even notice that. So it is kind of ironic that you can have OCD with ADD and how that can make your salad tossed all up in a unique way. Baaaa R2 is super messy with his ADD and I am much more organized with mine. R2 has no concept of what it means to put things away. The floor, a corner...that is putting it away I guess lol.

@Leave a Whisper ROFLOL sorry this is a bit off topic...we could discuss how many things you can do while watching a tv show and still not miss a beat.

I never mind you guys going off topic.

I thought Thread Drift was part of our charm!

It is. It's like other forums forget how human conversation flows. I've been warned for simply cracking jokes and "going off topic" it's ridiculous. That's why I like it here best. We know how to have fun.

So I did get Junipero. I won't lie peeps, I'm disappointed and annoyed. $9 is a little too much for such a flimsy, shoddy toy. The tail especially, feels like it could snap off with very little pressure. I'd prefer it, if my Toys r Us got the riding free breyers but whatever. I guess I'll just order those online.

I do like the pose and the appaloosa pattern is nice, if a trifle basic. Plus Junipero is surprisingly photogenic.

Idk if I'm gonna keep it. Dunno if it's even a mare, stallion or gelding. I'm usually not snobby about knock offs, but for as cheap as this beast is, it should have been $5 or $6 at most, plus I have horses from the dollar store made of sturdier plastic. As in they survived a house fire sturdy.

@tulagirl I was thinking about turning this horse into Stormy's horse from RainbowBrite. But Skydancer deserves a better model. I'll just grab the paint a horse model kits Breyers has made for this show.

I saw a paint your on kit that was from spirit riding free. The mane and tail are black but the horse is blank. I kinda want that. I would love to find the White horse and a big spirit. My nice love the movie and well I like the horse.

Wonder why Rain could not be in it.

This is about their offspring.

Okay these horses have been growing on me. Except the Clydesdale. These crazy people must believe clydies have no feet.

I am kinda wanting the big Spirit that eats. I also like the new Barbie horse.
