Board Time
Post here to find out what time it is in board time (EST).
This will help when you need to know the deadline time. Once you post, you’ll see the time above your user name, next to the date. You can do these checks whenever needed. But it’s always a good idea to post early and not until the last minute just in case your calculations are off.

For example: here in Colorado is about 9:50 AM but this board is ahead of my time by about 2 hours. (notice post time)
So, I would have to be aware of that when posting and post 2 hours before the deadline.

This can be tricky so make sure you understand this part of the game.

EDIT: SatinSlipper says that we can set our profile time to match EST (board) time. Sorry for the confusion!

The board says 12:08...do you have that reversed?
So if you posted before 4 PM your time, it would be 12pm board time.

It says 4:39 board time but its actually 9::39 here... ugh! My brain hurts :p
 
So, the board's set on what? Eastern time? I stink at these things, it would be so much easier if I knew what state the board lived in!!

ETA: The time stamp on my post is the same time as what my clock on the wall says. So, the board time is Pacific? I thought I remembered a time difference for me last year.
 
hmm I wonder what time it says now...

oh sweet I don't have to worry about time difference...it says my actual time!

the times changed. when I'm not logged in it says the same time as what my wall clock says (now 2:13), but when I log in, it changes by 4 hours! (the posting times on posts already done change!!!) I'm in TN (EST), so what time should I go by?
b/c when I log in it gets all screwy

Time is florida is now 404 pm and time at TP is 404 lol :)

its werid because i'm centeral and the tp is GMT? :)

This thread has confused me greatly! lol

If the board is set to Eastern time, then right now I'm only one hour ahead of that....I think.

But when I'm in Az. I believe I'm two hours ahead of that.....

I think I'll just roll with it and hope I get my pics in before the deadline!
 
I'm in Central time zone so I should be and hour behind EST. Just want to double check. I would hate to be late on a post
 
Ok the time in Aus is 2:47PM

OK because my board times set for my time do I change the board time to US Eastern time while the Hunt is going on???
