G3 (unreleased) G3 Tiny Tins set? seeking info

these have been quite the mystery for me for awhile- a 3rd(?) set of G3 Tiny Tins is assumed to have existed yet I can't find a single photo of them, either loose or MOC. the picture below of a backcard featuring them is all i can find. G3 fandom wiki mentions them, as well as an old G3 news blog- specifically this post from Oct 2004, which reads:

were they possibly discontinued/never released? if so, how'd that picture of the backcard turn up? who's Meagan? because i'd like a word, LOL
this set was supposed to feature Tiny Tin Cupcake, Cherry Blossom, Cotton Candy, Shenanigans, Toola-Roola and Sweetsong.
anybody have any information, or is everything i mentioned the last of it?

well... yet again, i guess i have my answer :rofl: this is from the strawberryreef page on tiny tins:

but that still begs the question... where'd the backcard come from? and what do they mean by "remember the unique cherry blossom tiny tin pony"... was there a pic released back in the day of one in the works? i don't think i'll ever know
