What Country do you live in and where have you travelled to?

Good morning everyone. At work, customers often comment about holidays and going overseas. It made me wonder how many of you have travelled outside your own country and the places you have been.

I am not well travelled, I have not left this country for over 20 years.... LOL.

I live in Australia, and I have travelled to New Zealand, Bali ( Indonesia) and the Cook Islands. ( South Pacific)

How about you, what country do you live in and where have you visited that is overseas?
 
I live on the East Coast of the United States....and technically I've never left the USA. But I did go "overseas" to Hawaii as my graduation present from my parents years back. I'd love to visit India one day, but my husband is afraid of flying and sailing so unless our children wish to travel one day I fear I'm not going to be doing any world tours.
 
I live in the US and I've been to the British Isles and Mexico. I'd love to go somewhere tropical again, but I'm determined to get to Italy and France someday.
 
I am in the USA. Never really been out of the country. I do want to go visit my online friend in Canada one day. I also want to visit England, Scotland and Egypt one day. Heck I want to move to England badly.
 
I live in South Africa, and I've unfortunately never left the country. I've done touristy things locally, though, and I enjoy taking in the beauty of the landscape, the wildlife and the culture here. But I'd love to go to Japan, England, Germany and Canada one day. I also have family living in Australia, but I've never had the finances to be able to visit them.
 
I'm from Portugal and have never gone further than Salamanca, Spain. ...Which is fairly close to the Portuguese border. Seriously, it's like a 4-5 hour drive from where I live. I'm pretty sure it sounds ludicrous to people who live in bigger countries. ^^;
If I was made of money (and wasn't such a scaredy cat when it comes to planes... and other things) I would LOVE to visit tons of places. England, Scotland, Ireland, France, Germany, Finland, Egypt, India, China, Japan, Canada, the US (don't know exactly which states, though), and that's just to name a few.
 
I live in southern Sweden and, starting to count, I realize I've traveld quite abit :eek:

I've been to Denmark (as its like a 30min drive from where I live XD), Norway, England, France (Disneyland :D ), Germany, Mallorca (island that belongs to Spain), and Turkey.

I dont feel very well traveld though. Probably because there's SO many places Id still like to go. Like China, Egypt, USA, New Zeeland, Italy, Greece... Well the list goes on :p If only I could stop being so tempted to spend the extra money on ponies... >.<
 
I've seen pretty much of my home state, but I've never left the continental US. I've been to a few other states like Arizona and Nevada. I'm not well traveled.
 
Sadly I've never left the US. :(

But I have lived and traveled in a lot of different states.
 
I live in Florida but I've moved all across the East Coast and to Washington. The only time I've been outside the country is going to Canada. I'd like to go to Germany and Japan one day.

I am from Canada and the only other country I have traveled to is the US because the Washington border is 10 minutes away from where I live. The furthest in to the US I have been is Nevada. I have also flown across Canada from BC to Quebec.
 
I live in Alberta Canada and have been through a lot of B.C as well,including Vancouver. I have been to England 3 times,I've also been to France,Germany,Switzerland and Austria. I would like to go to Newfoundland,Norway,New York,Japan and Malaysia,Madagascar or the Phillipines as I am obsessed with rainforests!
 
Live near the beach in California in the USA. I so badly wish I could get out of this country. I have visited Japan for six weeks. I am thinking about getting a job as an English teacher's aid in Japan through the JET program. I've been to Mexico (my dad is from there) but I don't remember a thing because I was in a onesie.
 
I live in England and have been lucky enough to travel a bit, I have visited other parts of Europe such as Ireland, France, Spain, Italy, Romania. I have also visited Egypt, Sri Lanka, Singapore, the Maldives, New Zealand, Australia and the US (which I love! New York, Florida, Maryland)
I would love to travel some more but since having my son who is now 2 we are having to wait a few years!
 
I live in Sweden. I've traveled quite a bit in my days but I've never been out of Europe. Countries I visited: Finland, Denmark, Norway, Germany, Poland, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Spain and Portugal. I think that was all. I don't have time to travel much these days but I would like to go to the USA, Australia, New Zeeland, Scottland and Ireland.
 
Finland here! I'm not big traveller but I have been in Sweden (every Finn goes there at least once :D), Denmark, France, Canary Island, Turkey, Greece and Egypt.

And in a couple of weeks I will be going to Spain! I hope there is still warm so I can swim and sunbathe a little ;)

If I would have the money I would like to go Japan definetly! To go from south to north and see all of the country! and also I would like to go USA, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Bali, Brazil etc. All the other countries that aren't in Europe :D

is there Canaries in the Canary Islands?
 
I live in California, never been out of the states but I have been to Catalina Island, Utah, Florida and Arizona once. I'm not well traveled. Places I'd love to go visit are England, Greece, Ireland and Japan.
 
I wonder why nobody wants to go to South Africa? o_O

Oh wait, now I remember. It's the crime. :confused:
