Pony ID Help What kind of hat is this?

Hi! I got this cute little hat with a pack of pony accessories. These are mostly G1 pony wear and some G3 stuff. There is this little hat that does not fit exactly to any ponies I have, and I'm wondering if it is a MLP accessory or something else? Other toyline? Can someone recognise it? I looked up every resources I know, but I couldn't find it yet. It is a bit rubbery and has holes for the ears.
Baby Bouncy likes this hat even it does not fit perfectly. She is just for the scale here.

Thank you! I'd never guessed it, I am not familiar with LPS, just know about the existence of this line. And it turned out it is a horse's hat after all!
I have some other items from this pack, like saddle, horse blanket, rosette, they are definitely not MLP, but maybe later I put a picture here to identify, if it is allowed.
