So, I know now that you should NEVER use acne cream on a pony. But the bad advice to use it is still floating around on the Internet, and when I first started out restoring ponies I made the mistake of using it on my childhood Goldilocks pony. :( I later learned it was a bad idea, but I wanted to see exactly what effect it would have so I let Goldilocks sit for several months. The result actually isn't too horrible (I guess it's not as bad on pink ponies?), but if you look closely at this photo you can see three bleached spots just below her neck. I guess they might still become more bleached with time, since the acne cream continues to work indefinitely as far as I understand.

My question is what I should do with this pony now. Fortunately this wasn't a pony I felt particularly attached to at least, so my original intention was to sell her, but I know many collectors won't buy ponies that have had acne cream used on them. Would she be considered "bait" in this condition? Can customizers even use acne-creamed ponies? It's a shame, since she is really quite nice except for the bleached spots. :/ As it is I just keep her quarantined in a plastic bag away from all my other ponies, since I've heard the effect of the acne cream can be "contagious," if you will. I'm kind of at a loss what to do with her so would appreciate any suggestions!

I don't suppose anyone here would want to adopt this pony? ^^; (No charge, just shipping!) I don't really expect any takers but might as well ask.
