It's Sparks, he is Princess Primrose's little buddy :) I love double dash too! My husband doesn't though XD

My mod is going along well and after several dead test characters I feel the creatures are ready, and by creatures I mean just Foxy since that's the only one that's finished.

I did it!!! I finished the story mode in rune factory 4!!! Now I'm gonna go get married to Douggie!!! <3 time played 140+ hours :greenheart:
It didn't seem like that long ago you were all excited about getting it.

I got rune factory 4 on my 22nd birthday in 2020, It took me almost 3 years to finish!

You could be remembering when I got rune factory 5, I'm still working on that game! lol

That's probably what it was.

Dang three years is a long time to finish a game, there are very few games that have managed to keep my interest that long.

I've been playing it longer than that! I started with the original release of rune factory 4 on 3ds in the year 2016!
I played it till ark 2 not knowing there was an ark 3 since I didn't have access to the internet lol

Is that on 3ds? I didn’t know there’s a place to see how long you’ve been playing a game, that’s kinda cool

Yep! It's called the "play log" it comes preinstalled on every 3ds!

That's probably about as long as I've been playing Cataclysm; DDA, one of the only games to keep my interest this long.

Well, rune factory 4 is my all-time favorite game! >~< lol
I will probably never run out of things to do in it! <3
When special was announced for Switch I screamed in delight and then they dropped the announcement for 5 at the end I was hysterically sobbing because at the time I assumed the series was dead due to Neverland the publisher and creator of the Rune Factory series going bankrupt in November of 2013 I figured 4 on 3ds was the end!

But the entire original team ended up being purchased by Marvelous Games which allowed them to remaster 3 and 4 and make 5!
They have even teased a new not numbered series to be in development at the end of 3s trailer!

That game sounds rather complext, do you need to interact with all those different systems to beat the game or is it more like the one I play where you can ignore the stuff you don't like?

There is absolutely no pressure from the game to do any specific task which is what the original creator wanted the most for the series.
more than anything it is a life sim in a fantasy world.
in it you are encouraged to do as you please, to live your life your way! <3

Yes, you can ignore most things if you just want to dungeon crawl you can buy a sword at Bado's weapon shop, win one as a prize for competing in festivals, or even find good weapons in treasure chests on the ground!
That's what I did when I was playing on 3ds and I got 3/4 of the way through the game!
although if you want to complete the game I recommend learning basic weapon crafting, there is a loophole that allows you to level up super fast, which is what I did in this play-through!

This can be applied to anything in the game want to just be a farmer? No problem just farm! A fisherman? Just grab a pole and start fishing!
The world is your oyster!

That sounds like the amount of stuff Cataclysm has, also I see nothing wrong with using exploits I mean I use them from time to time.

Totally, it's not like I'm using a cheat code or anything, just exploiting a function of the game

The same thing can be done with cooking buy some turnip seeds for 10 gold, sell the turnip for 100, turnips are now available to purchase at the seed store for 300 gold, chop them up in your cooking station and sell the pickled turnips for 600 gold, 300 profit.
But wait there's more, vegetables have levels so level one pickled turnip 600 gold level two 700 gold and so on.
You can make a mighty fine profit!

It's like infinite money!
I know right!?! And you can beef up your cooking level and unlock new recipes which are worth even more money!

And if you really want to be lazy there is a character who throws a legendary food item at you when you are low health in combat! the food item is worth a crazy amount of money if you sell it!

It's the little things that make me love this freaken game so much!!! <3

I absolutely love how short and concise this video is!
He managed to perfectly explain the game in 5 minutes and 55 seconds!

Since this is a thread about video games I was wandering if anyone had played that FNAF Security Breach game, and is it as buggy as people say it is? Not that it really matters since my computer can play it but I'm interested, I mean I have an action figure from it but I know nothing about the game.
